Matthew Carter is a New York-based actor (EMC), singer, and enthusiastic mover. He was born and raised in Kearney, NE, with a goal of changing his small town life to a big city dream!
He graduated with great distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor in Music, Vocal Performance, before moving out to NYC. Most recently, Matthew was performing with the Ogunquit Playhouse in their production of Crazy For You as Moose/Ensemble, as well as touring the country with the New York Gilbert and Sullivan Players in their production of The Pirates of Penzance.
In between gigs, Matthew is serving burgers and breaking hearts through song at Ellen's Stardust Diner.
Aside from theatre, Matthew is a lover of traveling to new places, video games, ramen and beatboxing!
